Aboriginal Rights & Lefts

By SorinPLATON

In imaginea imediat urmatoare va prezint niste activisti social democrati australieni.

(a) loss/destruction of traditional lands and waters;

invader/colonial societies and the subsequent social dislocation and destruction and loss of the amenity of fulfilling family and community lives;

(c) the impairment of the free exercise of, or the lawful pursuit of traditional language, culture, spiritual beliefs, and of the capacity and / or lawful entitlement to undertake the ongoing preservation of
traditional heritage.

3. The international and domestic right to a constitutional identity as a self-determined nation with full legal recognition under treaty and / or within national constitutional law to make national laws for the maintenance of Aboriginal law and society by autonomous self-government, to adjudicate domestic disputes and to exercise a judicial authority within the Aboriginal nation, and to exercise a
fully legal and unrestrained Aboriginal self-governance over domestic and interstate affairs.”
